1. How much does Nice Commerce fulfillment services cost?
Nice Commerce fulfillment pricing is customized based on your specific needs and operational complexity. Costs are determined by factors like storage requirements, product size and handling needs, order volume, and packing complexity.
During our discovery call, we'll dig into the nitty gritty of your inventory, workflows, and sales channels to create a transparent, all‑in quote that covers everything you need and nothing that you don't.
2. Do you provide discounted shipping rates?
Yes! Nice Commerce offers discounted shipping rates through regularly negotiated carrier agreements with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Combined with our real-time rate shopping tool and quarterly label cost reviews, we actively work to help brands choose the best carrier network at the best price, no matter what or where they ship.
3. How quickly do you fulfill orders?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day, with a 99.7% on-time shipping rate! Orders submitted after the cutoff ship the next business day.
This same‑day fulfillment applies to standard DTC orders and is supported by scan‑based picking and custom packing processes to ensure speed and accuracy.
4. How are storage costs calculated?
Storage costs at Nice Commerce apply only to back‑stock pallets stored for more than 60 days. Active pick bins used for daily order fulfillment are not charged.
We built this structure to encourage efficient inventory flow and keep brands from paying for storage on inventory that is actively selling.
5. How long does it take to get onboarded?
Onboarding with Nice Commerce typically takes about three weeks, but timelines can be adjusted to meet launch deadlines or seasonal demand when needed.
During onboarding, members of our fulfillment and account management team will personally walk brands through system setup, inventory intake, shipping rules, custom packing processes, and operational workflows to ensure the foundation is set for accuracy and scalability.
6. How do I transfer stock from my current warehouse or 3PL to Nice Commerce?
During onboarding, your dedicated account manager will help you implement a transition plan that creates as little disruption to your order fulfillment as possible.
You'll get help with everything from shipment planning, receiving requirements, labeling needs, and inventory verification to ensure a smooth transition.
